ORLANDO, Fla. — The Florida Police Chiefs Association has announced their endorsement of Senator Ashley Moody, the latest law enforcement organization to back her U.S. Senate campaign. The endorsement reflects Senator Moody’s proven record standing with the men and women who put their lives on the line to protect Florida families from her time as Attorney General through her work in the U.S. Senate.
This endorsement builds on Senator Moody’s long-standing record of support for law enforcement. She has earned the endorsement of 64 county Sheriffs – Republicans and Democrats – all 15 Republican State Attorneys, the FL Police Benevolent Association, and the FL State Fraternal Order of Police.
Senator Ashley Moody said, “I am honored to have earned the support of the Florida Police Chiefs Association. Standing with the men and women who put on the badge every day to keep our communities safe isn’t new for me – I stood up for them as Florida’s Attorney General, and I’m continuing that effort now as your U.S. Senator.
