PENSACOLA, Fla. — As Tropical Storm Isaias made landfall in Northwest Florida, Senator Ashley Moody was on ground with Governor DeSantis assessing the preparations, and the damage and recovery efforts. Alongside the Governor and state leaders, Senator Moody participated in briefings and press conferences in Escambia County ahead of the storm, and post-storm in Santa Rosa County and Walton County to hear from first responders and update the public.
Senator Ashley Moody said, “Justin and I are continuing to pray for the families affected by Tropical Storm Isaias. At a time of emergency, politics should be put aside and communities should come together to help one another. That’s exactly what I saw the past few days and I was honored to be a part of it.
