TAMPA, Fla. — Today, Senator Ashley Moody highlighted the broad support she has earned from Florida’s law enforcement community, drawing a sharp contrast with her opponent, Angie Nixon – someone who has frequently quoted convicted cop-killer Assata Shakur and backs the Democrat Socialists of America platform of defunding the police.
Senator Moody has garnered the endorsements of 64 Sheriffs – Democrat and Republican – across the Sunshine State, including the Florida State Fraternal Order of Police, Florida Police Benevolent Association, and the Florida Police Chiefs Association.
